Hero AI tooo pro for me!
Sure human players can PD/Cry guardian or channeling. some of em can even get RC. But when it comes down to heros they'll tease/p-drain Aura of Stability (1/4 of a second cast) and infuse too which is usually backed up with HB making it an 1/8 of a second cast if my calculations are correct. Which means they cast tease before you hit the skill.
Seriously, heros need to be toned down a bit on their leetness...

Heroes run on the server which means they have zero reaction time. It would be the same with any AI, be it hero, hench or ally.

No...I say again, NO human can Power Block like Gwen or D-Shot like Jin. And don't get me started on how much Gwen can make men cry in frustration(Just like my ex...'sigh')

My heroes are nice enough to do the work for me.
You didn't feed them enough birthday cake back in April, I see

you should have specified you were talking about HA before all the pvers come in here NOWAY MY GWEN POWER SPIKES HEXER'S VIGOR!
heroes need to be toned down at least in pvp. sick of getting rof's teased, pre-prot weapon of shadow. replacing heroes in pve was bad enough, but making them able to play some bars ridiculously better and consistent than any human could, in some areas of course, is just another step in the wrong direction here.

Yeh, got [Death's Charge] knocked out by [Cry of Frustration] the other day in PvE while establishing aggro (so it wasn't cast on someone else and hit me by coincidence). I don't have a problem with heroes/AI being able to interrupt at godly rates, but they shouldn't be able to hit a 1/4s cast. Despite what OP thought, you can't get 1/8s cast time; [Glyph of Sacrifice] reads "instantly" but actually makes the cast time 1/4s. Interrupting 1/4s should be impossible unless the arrow's already in the air or they're spamming the interrupt.

This thread being the in PvP section should be sufficient I would think.
What anet needs to do is add a delay to some/most of the AI's action. Just randomize a number between 0.2-1.0 seconds before each action and delay the execution of that action by that number. My knowledge of programming is very limited, but I doubt this would be impossible or extremely difficult to implement.

I would not be happy at all with an update to have heroes/henches experience similar lag issues as their host.

The AI does need to be dumbed down on the reaction time. It shouldn't be able to catch a 1/4 with 1/4 reg activation skills.

People use heroes instead of people because a lot of the time, heroes will be able to do a better job. Also, with humans, there are more factors such as reflexes/reaction time and skill.
Heroes, with a good build, are set at maximum skill and reaction time making them superior to players. The downside to heroes is they can't run some builds like a human such as the way Echo/Arcane Echo.

Have you guys every actually watched the interrupt rate for a hero? Its really not that much better than a human its just that they occasionally get lucky, yet I've also seen them miss 2 sec cast too. They just seem godly because most people are so bad at interrupting especially in HA, plus a hero will interrupt anything and won't prioritize important skills.

they sometimes get confused by fast casts and miss them but they hit 1/4secs and 1/2 secs and mesmer 1sec casts (mine are about .66 of a second) with such regularity you cannot say they are "not much better than a human". they are excellent they just dont know what needs interupting, the other thing is how amazingly they multitask i dont know if i could follow everything the physical offense does while interupting rend off the mesmer and draining any enchantment that gets cast all at the same time and keep up that efficiency for the entire length of the match.
they are AI its supposed to be PvP, omg get some friends and stop using bots.

Heroes reaction times are negated by them being dumb as hell, easily body-blockable... and well, just plain dumb. They'll interrupt some random cast instead of Rez Sig most of the time anyway.
If you make their reaction time slower, then make them prioritize spells better, kite better and avoid body-block. Other issues need fixing too... but it's too much work to rework all the AI, so: no.

How about remove HB and leave everything else as it is. Yeah, I think it would fix quite a bit too.
